Located only a short walk from the beach and in the outskirts of Ibiza town, Villa Vella is a rarity on the island of providing first class accommodation for more than 20 guests with close proximity to Ibiza town.
The villa offers very stylish accommodation in 13 bedrooms, a vast pool area and several terraces for outdoor dining, parties and social events.
This is a perfect place for entertainment and also ideal for relaxation as Villa Vella also has its private SPA with hot tub and steam-room.
The whole house enjoys stunning views of the sea, Talamanca beach and Ibiza town and all bedrooms face the ocean. The layout is clean and minimalist with modern design and high-end fittings.
Main house

Villa Vella offers 7 bedrooms located in the main building, 3 bedrooms located to the side of the main building and another 3 slightly smaller bedrooms located at the bottom of the garden.
All suites have ensuite shower-rooms and air conditioning as well as TV and DVD player.
There is one Master Suite with separate lounge and private terrace, which overlooks the sea. This bedroom is very spacious and has also a beautiful ensuite shower room with steam-room and WC.
There is also a large living room with separate dining area and cosy snug. This large room has a door to the fully equipped kitchen which also has plenty of storage space. |
Outdoor area

On the vast decked out terrace in front of the house is a funky bar that lights up at night, a large dining table and several sofas and daybeds for relaxation. There is also a water feature and outdoor sound-system.
The swimming pool is 15 metres long and surrounded by plenty of sun-beds, day-beds and parasols. The views from the pool are amazing - like a post card!
The villa is fenced off and has an alarm system with electronic gates and plenty of space for parking. |
