Located on a hill overlooking the sea and lush country-side on the sought after south-west coast of Ibiza, this charming and beautiful villa ticks all boxes for a happy holiday-home.
The French owners have decorated the villa with a clean, tasteful and sophisticated style and the layout is perfect. Villa Uno caters for 8-12 people in 4 rooms in the main building and 2 rooms in a separate guest house at the bottom of the property.
The best part of the villa is the vast roof-terrace which has been furnished with sun-loungers, a gazebo for relaxation and a bar. From here you can enjoy the stunning scenery of the beautiful beaches and the sea.
Villa Uno is a hidden jewel and a place that people keep coming back to year after year.
Main house

The Main House has an open plan living area with a modern kitchen and in-door dining area. This space opens out to the pool terrace in-front of the house.
The first floor has 1 twin-bedroom with separate access from the sun-deck and with a private balcony and relax corners. This room also as an ensuite shower-room and WC.
The 3 remaining bedrooms are located next to each-other on the second floor and they share a large terrace overlooking the pool-area;
Master Bedroom (4 poster bed) with en-suite shower & bathroom.
Bedroom 3 (double) with en-suite shower room.
Bedroom 4 (twin) with en-suite shower room.
It is also possible to rent an independent private guest house located at the bottom of the property, with independent car access, outside Jacuzzi and sun lounge decking. One large double bedroom and living area, terrace, dressing room, bathroom with bath tub, kitchen, covered terrace. Air conditioning, flat screen TV. DVD player. The guest house measures 80 sqm. Outdoor area

Villa Uno has plenty of out-door space for relaxation and a great pool-area. The property has been created with an interesting layout offering chill-out areas on different levels throughout the villa.
The roof-terrace is fabulous and the outdoor dining area next to the property is beautiful, overlooking the pool area.
The villa also shares a tennis-court with the next-door property which belongs to the same owners. |
