A stunning, architecturally designed house, recently completed to a high specification in the protected North part of Ibiza, close to the idyllic village of San Joan.
Villa Can Sebastian is set in 30,000 square metres of the San Joan valley with west facing sea views. The house itself occupies 450m2 and offers accommodation for 10 people in 5 beautiful suites.

The lower part of Can Sebastian includes vast double height drawing room with a sea view and dining area leading to separate kitchen with large pantry and doors to the garden.
Also downstairs is a bathroom with shower. On the first floor is the large and magnificent master bedroom with a view extending over the sea. It has its own dressing room, a large en suite bathroom and private terrace with seating areas and raised feature pond.
The upper part of the house is self contained with rooms opening onto a grassed courtyard planted with jacaranda trees and jasmine bushes.
4 double bedrooms lead off a covered veranda which surrounds the courtyard; each room with its own en-suite bathroom. Also adjacent to the courtyard is a covered outdoor kitchen built to service the area for cocktails and dining.

Outdoor area

The lower part of house is surrounded by a large open terrace with sail shape infinity swimming pool and outdoor dining area. The extensive grounds and terraces are planted with figs, olive trees, orange trees, lemon trees, bananas, almonds, quince, ornamental shrubs, bushes and native Sabinas.
The terrace immediately above the house is a large flat grassy meadow which would easily accommodate a number of tennis courts and has in the past served as a paddock with horses.
Also within the grounds, tucked into a lush sheltered and tranquil valley, is an ancient water-well, built from stone, which would have served the area as far back as Roman times and today adds a special sense of magic to this property. |
