There are 3 bedrooms in the main building which consists of the spacious master suite with dresser, ensuite bathroom and private terrace plus a double room and a single room sharing a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a living room with TV & DVD player. There are 3 more bedrooms located in 2 separate outbuildings.
The house is located on a 150,000m2 of private land in the countryside near San Agusti on the west side of the island, a 5 minutes drive to Cala Bassa, 10 minutes to Cala Conta and 20 minutes to the exclusive sites like Es Torrent, Es Xarco or Cala Jondal. |

Outdoor area

There are 2 separate out-buildings; one with 2 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and the second building has one further double room with dresser and ensuite bathroom. These out-buildings have their private terraces and are accessed from the garden. The swimming pool has a waterfall, different levels and sun-loungers surrounding it.
Can Pep also has a barbecue area, outside shower, a well kept garden with oranges, lemon and pomegranate trees.
There is a big porch with a large dining table and an outdoor living area. The landscaped estate has almond, carob, olives and fig trees plus grapes and other natural fruits. |
